Terms and Conditions Latoto — A Clear Guide for Every Member

01Definitions & Interpretations

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings as stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Latoto" / "We" / "Platform" — refers to the company that operates the latoto.vu website and all related services, mobile apps, and digital products.
• "Member" / "User" / "You" — refers to any individual who has registered a valid account on the latoto platform.
• "Account" — refers to the personal user account registered through the official latoto registration process.
• "Funds" — refers to funds deposited into a latoto account or bonus funds credited by latoto.
• "Game" — refers to all entertainment products available on the platform, including slots, table games, Live Casino, and Sports Betting.
• "Bonus" — refers to any credit value, free cash, free spins, or other benefits offered by latoto to members.
• "KYC" — refers to the Know Your Customer (KYC) process used to verify a member's identity.

02Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the latoto platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration and throughout the use of the platform.
• Be an individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• Not residing in a country or region where the use of this platform is prohibited by local law.
• Not using any automated software, bots, or other technical methods to access or use the platform.
• Not a Latoto employee, an immediate family member of an employee, or any party with a direct interest in the platform's operations.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. latoto reserves the right to reject registration applications or terminate existing accounts if inaccurate, misleading, or false information is provided during or after registration.

Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory for all members before the first withdrawal can be processed. Required documents include a valid national ID or passport, proof of current address, and in certain cases, proof of the source of funds used for deposits.

03User Account

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the latoto platform at any time. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any related funds or bonuses.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your password and account login credentials confidential at all times.
• Ensuring that no other party uses your account, whether with your knowledge or otherwise.
• Notifying latoto immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Updating your personal information whenever any relevant changes occur.

Latoto shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials. However, we will do everything possible to help recover any compromised account once we are notified.

04Deposits & Withdrawals

Latoto supports a wide range of local payment methods suited for users in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. All financial transactions on our platform are subject to the following policies:

• Minimum deposit is determined by the selected payment method and displayed during the deposit process.
• Deposit credited to your account within seconds once the transaction is confirmed by the payment processor.
• Minimum withdrawal is as stated in the Cashier section of the platform and is subject to completed KYC verification.
• Withdrawal processing time depends on the selected payment method; however, latoto endeavours to process all valid withdrawals in the shortest time possible.
• Withdrawals must be returned to the original payment method used for the deposit, subject to latoto's AML policy.

05Bonus & Promotions

Latoto offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time as a way of rewarding our members. Each bonus offer has its own specific terms and conditions that must be read and understood before acceptance. The general terms applicable to all Latoto bonuses are as follows:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirement as clearly stated in each offer.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per member unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Latoto reserves the right to withdraw or cancel any bonus granted to a member suspected of abusing the promotions system.

• Unused bonuses that expire within their validity period cannot be recovered after expiry.

• Transferring funds between member accounts without explicit approval from latoto.
• Selling, transferring, or attempting to transfer your latoto account to a third party.
• Using the platform for any commercial or business purpose without written permission from latoto.
• Printing or republishing any content from the latoto platform without permission.
• Carrying out cyberattacks, hacking attempts, or any action that could compromise the integrity of the platform.

Latoto operates an AI-powered fraud detection system that runs continuously to identify and prevent activities that violate these Terms and Conditions. Automated detection is followed by manual review by our compliance team before any action is taken.

09Intellectual Property

All content found on the latoto platform — including but not limited to logos, brand names, text, graphics, user interfaces, software code, databases, and design — is the exclusive property of latoto or third parties who have licensed it to latoto for use.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to access and use the Latoto platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copying, distributing, or republishing any content from the platform.
• Modifying or creating derivative works based on platform content.
• Reverse engineering any software or systems belonging to latoto.
• Using latoto's brand name or logo without written permission.

10Liability Limit

To the extent permitted by applicable law, latoto is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive losses or damages arising from or in connection with the use of our platform, including:

• Loss of money or anticipated winnings from gaming.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond Latoto's control, such as network failures, natural disasters, or third-party actions.
• Any technical failure not directly caused by latoto's negligence.
• Actions or omissions by third parties, including game providers and payment processors.

Latoto operates to the highest standards and continuously invests in platform reliability. However, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption under every possible circumstance.

11Account Termination

You may close your Latoto account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before the closure is processed, any eligible account balance will be returned to you via an appropriate payment method once all required verifications are complete.

Latoto reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account with or without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Abuse of latoto bonuses or promotions.
• Failure to meet KYC verification requirements within the stipulated timeframe.
• Instructions from legal authorities or relevant regulatory bodies.
